Securely pack your items in the original eco-friendly packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

Attach the Label

Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other barcodes are visible.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
